Please Note:
Cedar Banks is currently in the final stages of gaining Development Application (DA) approval before we begin building our purpose-designed reception venue—crafted to feel beautifully immersed in nature. Designed to bring the outside in, the space will offer a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape, creating a relaxed, open-air atmosphere that feels both elegant and grounded.
Our current pricing reflects the inclusive rate once this venue is complete, with exclusive use of the reception space, access to power and water, select guest Wi-Fi, and dedicated amenities—all set within a private, nature-rich setting made for unforgettable celebrations.
FULL DAY HIRE
10am till 10pm
30 – 60 guests $5500
60 – 100 Guests $6500
MICRO WEDDINGS
Concluding by 10pm
10 – 30 Guests
Six Hours $3000
Ten Hours $4000
DAMAGE & RULE BREACH POLICY
Instead of a bond, we now issue invoices for any damages or breaches of venue rules (e.g. excessive noise or belligerent behaviour). All wedding bookings are subject to this policy.

0 – 30 Guests $4500 (micro weddings)
30 – 60 Guests $6000
60 – 100 Guests $7000
EVENT EXTRAS
Camp $20 per person, per night during an event
Fire Timber (split) $300 per cubic square meter
Relax On-the-day coordination, including 6 weeks of event coordination leading up to the event date. $1650 – $1980

- Complimentary Wi-Fi @ ‘Cedar Hill’ site is included in all bookings.
