This expansive area spans over 1,000 square meters of flat, grassy space, providing plenty of room for your event, whether it’s an intimate gathering or a grand celebration.

Nestled on a hillside, it offers a gentle elevation that ensures splendid views of the creek line, surrounded by majestic towering trees and protected by the hillside behind it.

As the sun sets, your event will be illuminated by the brilliance of the stars, creating a magical atmosphere that only nature can provide. Cedar Hill also features convenient access to power, non-potable water, and Wi-Fi to enhance your experience.

Alongside the gentle flow of Cedar Creek, a refreshing cool pool enhances the allure of this space. Embrace the natural beauty or infuse your personal touches to make it uniquely yours.

As you walk down a rustic old bridge, filtered sunlight dances through the canopy, creating a magical atmosphere that delights all in attendance. This enchanting location comfortably accommodates up to 60 guests for a cocktail event or 40 for a sit-down gathering.

CEDAR FLATS

Welcome your guests through the double gates of Cedar Flats, a serene space hidden from the main event sites. This area accommodates parking for all your guests while also allowing attendees to bring their own tents or caravans, or enjoy hired glamping.

Share stories around the campfire or take a refreshing swim in the creek’s swimming hole. Imagine exchanging ideas under the open sky or networking by the fireside.

When you book an event at Cedar Banks, you’ll have exclusive use of the entire property for the duration of your hire. That means no other bookings, no shared spaces, and complete privacy for you and your guests. From arrival to pack-down, the venue is entirely yours—allowing for a relaxed atmosphere, seamless coordination with your suppliers, and the freedom to bring your celebration to life exactly as you imagined.

Enjoy the unique blend of peaceful disconnection and practical connectivity at Cedar Hill. While there’s no phone reception onsite—allowing your guests to truly unplug—we provide Wi-Fi for select key guests such as yourselves, your vendors, and anyone who may need to stay in contact with someone not attending, such as babysitters or family. With this balance, your event remains focused, present, and beautifully uninterrupted.

Our pet-friendly policy* makes it possible for all members of the family to be part of the celebration. Whether it’s a beloved pup or another well-behaved companion, just let us know in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly.

Cedar Banks is easily accessed via Cedar Creek Road, just off Eumundi–Kenilworth Road. The final stretch is a well-maintained two-way dirt road, suitable for all vehicle types, ensuring guests arrive smoothly and stress-free.

With generous camping and parking areas, guests can comfortably stay and settle in for the occasion. Our layout ensures distinct zones for different aspects of your event, allowing for both flow and privacy across the property, making it ideal for gatherings of all sizes and styles.

Your guests will also enjoy a range of local accommodation options nearby—from charming Airbnbs to boutique hotels in Noosa. For something close by, The Imperial Hotel in Eumundi is just 20 minutes away and offers 15 newly renovated rooms. For a luxurious escape on your event night, we recommend Round Hill Retreat in Obi Obi—a romantic hideaway nestled in nature.

Catering at Cedar Banks is fully flexible. There is no onsite kitchen, so all catering will need to be arranged through mobile, self-sufficient vendors. We offer water and power hook-ups to support their needs. Whether it’s casual food trucks, decadent buffets, or elegant sit-down dinners, your catering can reflect your style. For something unforgettable, Tuckshop Catering Company offers fire-cooked meals that add atmosphere and flavour in equal measure.

Our soon-to-be-built Cedar Hill reception space will provide the perfect blank canvas—elegant, versatile, and neutral enough to suit any event aesthetic. Whether your style is classic, bohemian, rustic, or modern, the space adapts beautifully to your vision.

There are no exclusive vendor arrangements, so you’re free to bring in your chosen suppliers—stylists, florists, planners, and more. Whether you’re planning it all yourself or bringing in a full-service team, Cedar Banks gives you the freedom to create a truly personal and memorable event.

Toilets will be available at the Cedar Hill reception space once completed, including separate male and female facilities. Ceremony areas and campsites are a short walk away, so for guest comfort, we recommend hiring a portable toilet for any overnight camping.

With thoughtful planning and the right setup, your celebration at Cedar Banks will feel effortless, personalised, and one-of-a-kind.

Please maintain considerate noise levels, drive responsibly, and dispose of litter properly, as well as thoughtful pet ownership and smoking practices, please ensure no litter is left behind including cigarette butts and bottle caps.
